New to Mexican Food?

  • Chile Relleno: Lightly-battered Poblano pepper stuffed with cheese and covered in a light, mildly spicy red sauce
  • Enchiladas: Sautéed corn tortilla folded round and traditionally filled with shredded beef, chicken or cheese, topped with red, green or mole sauce.
  • Mole Poblano: A highly spiced Mexican sauce made chiefly from a variety of chili peppers, chocolate, nuts and cinnamon. Served with chicken.
  • Quesadilla: A folded corn or flour tortilla filled with cheese and melted on a skillet.
  • Tamales: Corn husks or banana leaves wrapped around a thick layer of seasoned corn dough, filled with either savory or sweet ingredients.
  • Taquitos dorados: A corn tortilla filled with beef or chicken and rolled, fried golden brown, until nice & crispy
  • Menudo: A rich stew made with beef tripe, tendon and hominy.
  • Taco: Always a soft, folded tortilla usually filled with beef or pork, and topped with cilantro, diced onions and salsa.
